What name was Revan given after his memory was modified by the Jedi Council and ends up on the Endar Spire?

Is there a way to have the handmaiden accompany the female exile? Is there a Mod available?

I am wondering what were Revan & Exile before they left the Jedi Order (Guardian, Sentinel, Counselor) ?

I remember in the other Jedi Knight games that you could use a cheat code to make kyle fly. I however can't find the cheat code in this game that does the same thing. I there one?
