when loading the game i get the error: C:\DOCUME~1\Lee\LOCALS~1\Temp\2230_appcompat.txt this happens when i click multiplayer then the exe crashes please help!!!!

C:\DOCUME~1\Lee\LOCALS~1\Temp\b787_appcompat.txt this is the full error im getting, ive deleted all the files within this path
