I was out for a multitude of days for a Model UN conference, and having left it, I do believe I understand why in the hell they never get anything major done: did you know that you can vote to vote in the United Nations, Sabre?

It was fairly cool, but waiting for someone to motion for cloture of debate is painful after even one time.

I shall, but doing makeup work for English currently. D: It was a multiple day conference, and I was on the Political and Security Committee... as the Netherlands. Nonetheless, major topics included Israel and Palestine (I've never seen so much animosity towards each other [even though it wasn't real, per se]) which was almost tabled more times than I can count, Drug Trafficking (it was one of the two resolutions we passed in seven hours) and Illegal Immigration.

It was painful (in the beginning, at any rate), to say the least.
