  1. I better get my copy out too, or you might prove me to be even lower on that chain!

  2. If I weren't a noob, I would. ;)

  3. Yup, that's pretty much how it goes with me, too! I am such a noob! (People like spawn-killing me, too :()

  4. I have Republic Commando. (I've yet to get past the Geonosian Elites--I'm not very good at First Person. :() I'm not very good at BF 'cuz I'm not used to the controls yet, but I've got it. :)

As far as the JK series goes, I only have JO, and I'm still on level three there. (Darn Kyle for giving up his lightsaber!)

  5. Well, to tell you the truth, I need to burn the first book or two of that really long one. :xp: I went back and read some of it that other day. It is beyond awful!!!!!!

  6. Yup, soon as it's done, I'm going to stick it in the 'completed' thread. :)

Well, I'm supposed to write an outline of the story, but I'm too lazy to do that. (and none of my outlines ever make sense ;)) What I do for all my stories is just sit down and start writing. I always know what happens at the beginning, so I go ahead and write the first chapter. Then, if I like the first chapter, I write the second chapter. Before I even started posting anything, (or knew that there was a good place to post it) I'd written somewhere around fifteen chapters and a hundred pages of stuff that happens to my heroine later in the story.

With another one of my stories that I haven't posted, I'm about ten chapters into it, with thirty or forty pages of extra stuff.

Oh, yea. There's one other story. I've written three books of about fifty chapters/five hundred pages each, along with fiften chapters of the next one and two-three hundred pages of later content.

Can you tell I have way too much time on my hands?

There ya go. My two cents on writing. :)

Glad you haven't been sick in a while! :D

  7. Gina and slang...this is gonna be fun! :xp:

    To quote Terminator:

    Hasta la vista, baby.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.

  8. Well, I FINALLY got the next chapter of my story out. Sure took me long enough...but I did concentrate on the Javyar's Cantina entry a lot.

Urgh. I feel awful. I think I'm coming down with the stomach virus--one other person in my family already has it.

    You feelin' okay?

  9. Just read your post. Glad you liked the eyes bit. I was afraid everyone was going to think it was stupid.

    Good luck with Gina! :xp:

  10. Finally have that stupid chapter out. :D

So, Gina been making any more threats on your life lately?

  11. Hey, no hurry. Nothing much has happened yet. :)

  12. Hey, you deserve it! I hate and despise 99% of the poetry I read. Yours fits in the other 1%. Easily. :D

  13. lol I know whatcha mean. :)

  14. I'm still in the middle of the story. :) Nothing to put in the finished thread yet.

Workin' on it, though! Finally got inspired to write earlier, and I just finished the roughdraft of the next chapter. I'm about to send it to my beta. :xp: If you're really bored, the link to the story is in my sig.

  15. Klutz? Somehow I doubt your name is synonimous with that term.

Say, how is the next chapter of The Huntress coming?

  16. Glad you're hand's healing! :xp: I hate sprains. :¬:

  17. Your hand any better?

  18. Yea, I just got it a few days ago! It's GREAT!!!! :D It was everything I'd expected it to be and more. Some of those environments were just awesome. :xp:

  19. Pretty good, pretty good. :) You doin' alright?

  20. Well, it depends on what game I'm playing. One of my favorite all-time games, Battlefront 2, I only have for the PS2, so that's what I mainly use that console for. For the PS3, I play TFU and LEGO Star Wars (since those are two out of the only three games I have for it, lol), and I usually play KOTOR 1, TSL, and Pirates Online on the PC. And once in a while, on very rare occasions, I feel like playing one of those really old games like Tetris and Doctor Mario, I get out the Nintendo. I'm surprised that bloody thing even works anymore. It's twenty years old, or something ridiculous like that!

If you decide to get a next-gen console sometime, I highly recommend the PS3. The online is free, the controls are easy (at least for me with these stinkin' small hands), and if your mom accidentally buys something on Blu-ray sometimes (like mine did), you can play it on the PS3.

On the other hand, the 360 is cheaper, and it has achievements. But, of course, if you pay online fees, the cost balances out to the PS3 pretty soon anyway.

The Wii, IMO, is a piece of trash. Maybe it's just me. I like my eye candy! When I sit down to play a video game, it's generally because I've just had a long and tiring day, and I just don't feel like standing up a swingin' a numchuck and Wiimote around.

  21. 75 bucks? shock1 Yeowch!

Don't worry, I'm sure your family understood! :xp: Good luck with the lock!

  22. A Soul Adrift? That's fine. :)

A sprained hand? Ouch! That has to hurt! Hope it heals soon.

  23. JIGOS, once you get that key back, I suggest getting a spare one made and hiding it somewhere.

Your CHARGER is in your room! Poor guy...Okay, it might be a couple days before you read this...
