    In total came to a total of about 1500, I got it at that price with a special EPP which is sadly canadian only.. Even then though, you can get a pretty damn nice thinkpad for a respectable amount of money

    Switch the 768mb 460 for a 1gb 460, you'll find it much better.

    Youd probably have better luck recovering the movies from the hdd you originally deleted them from... sounds like you need to RMA that new disk. (and let new drives run for like a week to see if they end up being okay)
