Redshock

I’m playing Galactic conquest, but I’ve had no option for Tyber Zann to buy any upgrades, Buzz droids, Shield Leech, etc. When I played through the single player campaign, it would give an option for Tyber to periodically buy these upgrades. Is this a bug on the Galactic Conquest mode or does he have to buy this from a research facility, which the empire/rebellion don’t seem to have on any of the planets
