  1. Ah yes, remember you mentioning that. For my own archives could you send me the patch? Cheers
  2. Now this is sorta amusing but does anybody have a copy of the 1.1 patch for Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge aswell as any other mods that I may have developed? What with KoTOR files down I'm struggling to reacquire all of my mods, haha. Hoping to reupload these to Deadlystream once I get a hold of everything.
  3. Hey there, don't have a prob with this. Where would it be reuploaded?

  4. KoTORfiles? Just tried to download and it seems to be working fine

  5. If you can do this then go for it! I don't have the time for this sort of thing anymore (wish I did haha) so I'm going to have to sit it out. It's not going to be easy though, I wrote so much dialogue for her. There's the original BoS, Solomon's Revenge and let's not forget the character dialogue whilst on the Ebon Hawk and the associated flashbacks. That reminds me, I still have the scripts for the BoS comic book series I was planning on creating a few years ago. The plan was to export character models and backgrounds and create an actual comic book in the vein of this, but sadly due to various limitations I eventually had to abandon it. Story wise though it was pretty fun, and had the Orion getting mixed up in many KoTOR2-esc events like visiting Nar Shaddaa and bumping into Mira, the abandoned Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Sera meeting Traya and Sion on Malachor V and so on. It sounds hokey but it all worked rather well. There were around 200 pages or nearly 18 issue scripts complete! :/
  6. Glad you liked it!

  7. Yeah, I wrote everything on BoS:SR. I'm happy to provide a few pointers here and there but beyond that I don't really have the time anymore to go beyond that. :/

  8. I can't complain! How about you?

  9. Thanks!

Yes, the struggle to find free time is always difficult, haha. I'm fortunate in that my hobbies and my career intersect quite a bit so any stuff I do in my free time always has at least some use.

  10. Aye, long time no see indeed! And yeah silveredge9.com is no more, I think some random company has since bought the domain. I just keep my own portfolio website now over at lukedidit.com for web design stuff which I update from time to time. How are things your end? :)

  11. I'm still on the fence about this. On one hand Bethesda can't tell a decent story for ****, but on the other my inner child sure does love the killin' dragons part! Call me a sucker for spectacle.
  12. Hey Q, I heard what happened. Hope things are going well. I think sometimes experiencing the worst of times can be made to help in the long run because you can look back when things are cool again and say “Yeah, I was in that dark place, but I got out, and learned a few things about myself in the process”

Anyhow, take it easy. I'm sure you'll be back up and kicking ass in no time at all! :)

  13. Still writing the script at the moment. Although progress is slow, there's still progress. :p

  14. Yeah, it's definitely an interesting project to work on. I pretty much have free rein to do what the hell I like story wise, which is always a good thing. I have no doubt that some will be dissapointed I'm not returning to the mod scene with this, but I just don't find the technical side of it interesting anymore. It's a been there, done that kind of thing.

  15. I can't say I remember exactly. It's been ages since I've done anything DNS related. Generally you have to change the domain settings on the website you bought it from and then mess around with settings in the control panel at your host.

  16. Looking great! Nice to see you're still making lots of progress. I'm guessing you're getting close to completion now, being in the beta and all? My advice is to polish the mod, and polish it lots. When you come so close to the end of a project that has taken up years of your time, it's very tempting to rush that final crutial stage and just get the damned thing out the door. You should be looking to fix anything and everything you can find. Even the smallest of grammatical errors. Make it the best you can make it so you have no regrets. That way you won't get stuck churning out patch after patch for the next 6 months.
  17. Work is work, simply put. I gotta get money somehow. :p

  18. Not too bad, thanks!

  19. It's been a long time since I touched anything KoTOR mod related, but I think it was mostly just trial and error. There was a formula to work out all the different numbers and whatever, but I've long since forgotten it. It will be on the forum somewhere though, if you search well enough. :p

  20. Thanks! My summers going pretty great. Just finished university with top grades and now I'm working full time as a web designer. Sorry I didn't respond to your PM from a month or so ago, I haven't been active at all recently. In an answer to your question, I'd rather keep BoS:SR's characters within BoS.

  21. I've been trying (and failing) to get a hold of some Mass Effect 2 save game files for a project of mine (I need to record footage of the Jacob loyalty mission), and I'm wondering if anybody could be so kind to email (for my email, add @hotmail.com to my username ) some of theirs? Generally the closer to the mission the better. Just before would be brilliant!
  22. I'm pretty good! Busy busy busy, but I still find the time to check this place out from time to time, and see how the modding scene is progressing and all.

  23. You're mistaken, I didn't voice that character or any other in BoS:SR.

  24. I'm retired now. Sorry.
