What's your state going to do to make this look mild-mannered and rational by way of comparison?

I'm really struggling to wrap my head around what they were thinking when they set up some of these side quests. It's like they want you to meta-game. Side Quest A is only available after Main Quest B, but will become locked out if you complete Main Quest C, which just happens to be on the same planet. So go here and do this to unlock it, then go here and do that to complete it but make sure you immediately go there and talk to that person first before going back to where you were or you won't ever be able to finish.

The lack of clarity of scope is frustrating. I inadvertently completed a Daedric lord quest the other night because no one announced until step 19 that it was a Daedric lord quest. By that point I was committed.
Bethsoft has hinted that the CS won't be out until later this month. Really going to have a hard time waiting that long. I already have a list of mods to create.

Not finished yet.
Just landed on Krogan homeworld to do Grunt and Mordin's loyalty missions. Before that I picked up Tali.
Got Jack's loyalty then turned around and lost it again when she and Miranda got into a fight. Still have one more crew member to pick up but no more dossiers (I'm guessing I just find the geth thingy at some point). Other than that everyone else is loyal up the this point.
I've already been to the Collector ship, but I got the "enter railroad-end-of-game-sequence here" vibe from the dialog that followed, so I opted to continue building my team.

I finished my first run this afternoon. Started over with Reinhart. I'm curious to see how much difference there is based on what character you play. At this point, it does kinda feel as though they wrote the story around Lucas and then shoe-horned other narratives in as well. I had one crash and have found two broken achievements, but other than that - smooth sailing.

Hehe, I don't hate it.
Speaking of Krogan; am I the only one that finds it odd that so many of them wear armor that is manufactured by their hated enemies (i.e. turians)? Maybe you could say that mercs don't care, but the codex makes such a big deal about them caring. *sigh*
Kaiden is a Commander now, which makes it odd that he still refers to Shepard as "Commander". His armor on Horizon is spiffy, which makes me wonder why his armor in the Prologue sucks.
I'm thinking I need to take at least one more SaveShep to 60 and then I can put ME behind me. I was ok with keeping it as a guilty pleasure, but now it's not even fun anymore.

I found another "roach motel" bug in FO:NV. You can enter Vault 21, but the game will crash if you try to exit. Unlike the similar issue with the BoS bunker, this one doesn't appear to be tied to a quest or item.
EDIT: Not sure if it's a function of not wearing the DLC Stealth Armor, sleeping with Sarah, or simply progressing the game, but I was able to leave.
EDIT2: Finished "last" playthrough with 3 hours to spare. Going to brave the 12:01 pickup. Wish me luck.
EDIT3: Forget that. Line went around the building. My copy will still be there at 10am tomorrow.

Reached out to Square Enix on Tuesday. Wednesday I got told that I'd have a response within 48 hours. Nothing yet. Just called Best Buy and they said that they would exchange the game and hopefully it would have the correct code. I feel like I'm about to completely waste my lunch hour.

Lost about an hour last night after I learned that using showracemenu strips your PC of his or her racial ability. Loaded earlier save (that I'm very thankful that I had) and got it back.
Tried something a little different this time around and now I'm concerned that I'll never be able to NOT do it again. I'm doing mix and match armor, so I'm not getting any of the "extra" armor perks (bonuses for wearing all one type or matching sets) and I'm mostly dual wielding. Earlier playthroughs were sword-and-board, so I got very used to "shield bash, power attack". Can't block with dual wield which made me real nervous.
Surprisingly, stuff dies way too quickly for me to worry about it. Re: dragons, I just use Become Ethereal until they land and then spam power attacks using skyforge axe/skyforge sword until it dies (<30 seconds later). I still break out the shield on occasion for bosses in heavy armor, but for the most part my Nord is the Elder Scrolls equivalent of a blender.
