Every bit of info helps around here.. and the tutorials make modding this game so much easier given we weren't blessed with dev tools. Thanks goodness for the tool makers and people out there who make tutorials to inform people how to use them

yeah, pretty much why I stopped at K1... hehehe. Still using Vista 64 on my pc atm (ugh) but I got k1 running with no problems whatsoever. Though I do install everything in it's own directory of c: root. Too much hassle messing with anything that falls in to the Program Files black hole of permissions doom

If I was smart I'd just bootcamp my mac in to XP and be done with it, but I never do anything the easy way. I'll learn one of these days. Besides, gotta give myself a reason to use my pc in some way I guess

hehehe.. somewhat. Had a chance over my vacation to actually sit around *my* computer (for a change) and re-install some KotOR elements. Got K1 working and the tools. Not sure if I want to mess with getting K2 working though

Not necessarily in the mood for modding at the moment, but at least now I'm prepared in case I get the 'itch' Had too many past instances of a nifty idea (now forgotten) but didn't have the game or tools installed. Should be prepped now should the urge hit me
