  1. ATI Graphics Card? I believe there were problems with this... Do you have the current drivers?
  2. Hehehe... When I saw Jedi Enclave, I thought you were talking about Telos... Heheh.. There was one that allowed you to jump to Taris, but I don't know about one being made to jump a good 25% of the game.. You could look and search the files at pcgamemods.com: http://www.pcgamemods.com/6-0-0-3200-1.html I think there is a mod for KotOR I, which will allow you to start the game as a Jedi.
  3. Before anyone can give you an answer, there are a few questions that will help us come up with a possible solution: 1. Do you have any mods installed? 2. What are your computer specs: RAM, Graphics Card, etc...
  4. First, Welcome to the Forums. Second, here is a 'Skip Peragus' mod, which allows you to jump over the not so entertaining levels. http://www.pcgamemods.com/mod/12010.html Third, if you would like to request any mods, you can check this link out: http://www.lucasforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=635
  5. At the time, we noticed that he did all the options in this thread. So, I suggested a reinstallation of KotOR II. At the end, he was able to get it to work. It is a little extreme, but it is a final solution.
  6. Video Card Name=NVIDIA GeForce 6600<----Is this compatible with DirectX 9.0? and Which letter? DirectX 9,0a, c, or b? Yeah! Try onece to reinstall, but I don't think this will be the solution..
  7. Is this the first time you have installed this game? Video Card Name=NVIDIA GeForce 6600<----Is this compatible with DirectX 9.0? and Which letter? DirectX 9,0a, c, or b?
  8. I would move both files to a 'New Folder' on your desktop. After you move them, restart the game. Usually, the game will remake both .ini files with your new settings. Any changes you made to the original .inis will reset to the defaults.
  9. Did you try to throw out the .ini file?
  10. It is possible, but you will be using all you resources on your graphics card. The game may seem to lag slightly, but I think KotOR was made to run on a 64MB. Without extra, the game could expereince some lag issues, and some limited graphic problems.
  11. This is a mod problem, which was caused by a conflict. If you were to empty out the last files you installed, I am sure you will find the problem. When I had a conflict in one of the mudule files, I had the same exact problem. Therefore, go back to the last mod changes, and pull them from your 'Override' Folder...
  12. Hey Svancara! Unfortunately, it could very well be a mod problem. If you have alot of mods in your 'Overrride' Folder, your game could crash. Since KotOR II relies on the hardrive, CD, and graphics card, the hardrive is the most important resource that needs to be freed. Check you mods folder, and see how many mods you have installed. If you have a large amount of mods, your computer is suffering from accessing the hardrive too many times. Regardless about what your base RAM is, the computers needs to be freed up, so it can perfomr multiple tasks. Come back and let us know!
  13. You can't play KotOR I, but you can play KotOR II?! ***Scratches Head*** What are you specs on that graphic card? Is it below or around 64MB?
  14. TheDoctor is right. When a automatic or regular save is deleted, you can not get the save back... Sorry man!
  15. Hey man! I had a similar problem, but the only solution I came up with is to startup a previous save game. Otherwords, startup a game that was saved before you got the credentials from Chano. At this point, everything else you do will be futile...
  16. Hey Lando! I have answered your question here: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=154709 (This other post of yours was a little more clear.) I know it may have been an accident, but try not to double post. Someone is allways around to help with a possible solution...
  17. It sounds like your installation has become currupt. Without deleting your save files, I would install a fresh version of the game, and I would also include the patch that is available at Lucas Arts: http://support.lucasarts.com/ After the fresh installs, place your saves back into the directory, and startup one of your saves. Hopefully, your save files will not contain the currupted data. Normally, Handmaiden's cut scene with Atton should occure flawlessly. Also, do you have any mods installed, and what are they?
  18. You answered your own question: Having that many mods in your 'Override' folder can make your game crash. Usually, the game takes files from the CD and hardrive. The more the computer uses the harddrive, the more your game will crash or halt. In some cases, the game will play perfectly for a while, and then it will build up to a stop. This is due to the fact that the hardrive is being used too excessively. I would remove about 250/350 MBs of mods, and then your game will work efficiently.
  19. "Video Card Name=NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Go" A few months ago, I bought the previous version of this graphics card. Is this version backwards compatible with DirectX 9.0?
  20. Do you have armor on your player character? Armor prevents some Force Powers to not work, for it is built into their design. Also some Force Powers do not work until you are in battle.
  21. I have this problem from time to time. Sometimes the game fixes itself. Unfortunately, you have to reload a previous saved game. There is really no other option in this case. Also head over to the LA website, they do have a patch that should take care of this..
  22. Kavar and Vash! I would have like to have talked to Vash.
  23. Onderon (Cantina) Telos (Entertainment Sector) I couldn't find a whole planet to like. I only like certain sections.
