i try but it only shows up in local part of the 'join a game' so it wouldnt come up on other computers, what do i do?

Can someone help me here becuase when i load up my server, i have a look at the IP which says 192.168.2.2 which I know is my local ip not my online Ip. Con someone help me with this, it would be great if you could provide me with a step by step guide. Thanks
