I think the Eeth model would just need some changes with the clothing and different textures to realise him. And how about some female Jedis like Adi Gallia, Luminara Unduli or her apprentice Barriss Offee. If you are going to model Adi Gallia you could even make Bultar Swan and Stass Allie because they wear almost the same clothing it would just need different textures and heads to realise them.
