Antizac Posted February 5, 2004 Share Posted February 5, 2004 The infamous Battle Droid Rifle and a detailed update to Jedi Academy's Blaster pistol I cleaned-up the 1st person view of the Battle Droid rifle, a bit since the last release. 3rd person, hasn't changed (but it never needed to, to begin with) My current favorite: The Jedi Academy Blaster pistol (DL-44), is now more detailed, in 3rd person view, and it's been re-sized (to player proportion) so it doesn't look so damn clumsy, and huge. It's been detailed, (intended for single-player cutscene close-ups) right down to the "heat-fins", trigger, trigger-gaurd and hollowed-out barrel. It even includes a total of 3 LODs. I did this because I thought the DL-44 in JA, was too huge, looked like crap, and it's been buggin' me ever since I played the demo. idontlikegeorge Posted February 5, 2004 Share Posted February 5, 2004 Yeah, the blaster in JA is HUGE... hehe I have this one NPC character (on the Jan model soon to be ported to the Leela model ) that uses the dual blaster pistols, and man, it looks downright absurd!
