I was just playing around with my Msgplus and i noticed at the end of the readme it said:

MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger and the MSN buddy icon are property

of Microsoft. The author of Messenger Plus! is not related in any way

with Microsoft. Sounds included in Messenger Plus! for the Sound

Emotions feature are the property of their respective owners. All

rights reserved to them. Sentences used in the combat easter-egg are

the property of Lucas Arts.

Does anyone know what these easter eggs are?

I've found it to be the Swordfight Battle from Monkey Island.

When someone for instance says to you "You're the ugliest monster ever created!"

A screen pops up with some possible anwsers for instance:

How appropriate, you fight like a cow!

Your hemeroids are flaring up again eh?

If you don't count the ones you've dated!

So that's why you've been scratching!

Kinda funny.

Hee that's great. I too found an easter egg of sorts, in Rebel Strike on the Gamecube. If you unlock the secret car, and go to cockpit view, there is a Max head hanging from the rear-view mirror. There's also a monkey on the dashboard. I ripped a video of this the other day, I'll upload it sometime.

I haven't had chance to rip it directly from the Gamecube.. I was ripping something else for Thrik and I forgot all about it, but I'll do it sometime in the week. Untill then there's a really crappy version I got just by pointing my camera at the TV for a minute or so. It'll be much clearer (and far higher resolution) when I rip it directly from the Gamecube.

Download here (wmv, 2.41mb)
