LoRdNaTaS Posted October 4, 2004 Share Posted October 4, 2004 yeah I know this is probably not the right place to post this but I figured that if I posted it on my site the people that really should see it will not. So if it gets bumbed its cool. I just want to say thanks to avonnied for releasing the SWBF Query script that allowed me to create the SWBF Server Status system. With out the query script we might still be sitting here trying to figure out how to do that. And I would also like to thank KaeseGewitter for creating the PHP version of the SWBF Server Status cause with out that it would have taken me a lot longer to modify the Perl version over to php. I just think the people that have helped put out some of the stuff that some people are using for their SWBF servers should get some credit for it. Now some people that read this will think that I am trying to make myself sound good but you know what I am not I just want to give props to the people that helped me put out the tools that you guys are using. And again if this gets bumbed well so be it but I think that everyone should be happy that we have people that take the time to make this stuff. Its just my 2 cents take it for what its worth. When I asked the guys here at battlefront.net to create this admin forum it was to bring together admins and developers to share information. I am really happy to see it happening. So we got: - Server Status - Server Stats Up next: - Server Manager/Remote Manager - Universal Stats I think one of the big reasons that BF and BFV continue to be so popular is the 3rd party tools for admins and site managers, so kudos to all who are doing work to help keep SWBF alive.
