I mean it's like getting a F1 racing car but not having a driver's licence. I see people all the time buying really good computers simply to read their emails or to use MSWord... or buy something, just because they can afford it. That's not really what's bugging me however, because afterall, it's not my money. And here are a few good Photoshop tutorial databases: Tutorialized.com - This one has some automated ads sprinkled throughout the actual tutorials, but it's a good site nonetheless.
