I had this patch at one time, but when I sold my computer I forgot to save it to disk. This one patch contains the E-wing, V-38, Imperial Howler, Eclipse, Various Uglies, Liberator Cruiser and many many more. I looked at the SFA Tech page right off the bat when looking for the patch but I went straight to the downloads page and there was nothing there. After reading your response, I went back to the page and saw that they are having trouble with their downloads page and that the patch is due to be out either today (April Fools joke?) or next Sunday. Guest DragonT Posted April 3, 2001 Share Posted April 3, 2001 The SFA website is www.the-sfa.org I managed to get in contact with my younger brother and he transferred over the SFA NCA 1.2 patch, which was the one that I was looking for. Does anyone know what the NCA 2.0 will offer? I guess maybe the SFA would be the best people to ask that. I'm in the process of writing the story line for about 50 missions and am trying to get ahold of different uglies and hoping to get a flyable muurian transport to act as the 'family' craft of the hero. Tell me how stupid this idea is. For one mission I was going to have the character and his flight do a convoy escort. Having served in the military, I know how menial and boring a lot of missions can be. So to reflect the reality of life nothing would happen in this escort mission. You fly around in your ship for 15 min...bored out of your mind...happy when the last ship hypes out...go back to the station and hope for something a little more exciting. Good idea or bad? Primarch Posted April 5, 2001 Share Posted April 5, 2001 That is really quite annoying. I formatted four weeks ago and I'm currently working my way through all my sims (XWA is next on the list).
