In the end, TAW came out on top. Congratulations to TAW for winning their second event in a row! I would also like to thank the new clubs DS and SMURF for participating in their first event. The result was 50% more games played than Battleweek 2. We hope to recruit more clubs for more competition and more fun in future events. We hope to see you on the next event! ---------------------NEWS UPDATE - February 8 2005------------------- Eight days before the official start of Battleweek 4 and the Ecliptical Realms website is handling with success the increased number of visitors. The upcoming event is predicted to be the most successful tournament from all Battleweeks. So far, the number of registered clans has reached eight. Regular participants like the Alpha Strike Force (ASF), the Ghost Legion (GL), the Defenders of Sovereignty (DS), the Small Mercs Urban Recon Force (SMURF) and the Art of Warfare (TAW) have registered early showing this way their support. In addition to the before mentioned clubs Ecliptical Realms had the honour of welcoming three new clans - NERV, Underground Airborne (UGAB) and the "FAst and Really Tough" clan. At the same time even more clans like the Imperial Expeditionary Force (IEF), the Caffeineted Insomniacs (CI) and the Imperial Ground Forces (IGF) are seriously considering their participation. Battleweek 4 moderators had the pleasure of welcoming two European clans - the 422nd and the Outer Rim Garrisson. Both have shown active interest on the event and are expected to be strong challengers for the top spots.
