Because it's a better game. There are plenty of good first-person shooters out there (and plenty that are better than Battlefront), but I'm hard-pressed to find an RPG series that's better than the KotOR series.

My first thought was KotOR, but then I remembered how great a game Jedi Knight was and still is. I mean, have you played it recently? It's still amazing!

 

I played Battlefront for about fifteen minutes before I took it back to Blockbuster.

Jedi Knight Series. Kotor was okay in small doses. But I still have tones of memories of going to my friends house to play JK2. I still play JK multiplayer. But still clanless

For me Battlefront Series all the way(it was a small handful of games because I have a mac.)But they need to have the custom trooper creator on the gaming platforms.

Now I'm a big person (adult, working and with a family) and I don't have time to play and discover the games... Around me many people say Kotor is great, seems like I've missed something

Well I bought Kotor when I was hearing about all the Hype. So I bought it. My recommendation is to not read the plot before buying the game. Since the plot is much better told in game then read

 

Anyway I would just buy the game. You will finally understand what all the hype is about

IMO, so far at least, (TFU, when it comes out) is the KotOR series. I simply loved them. My second favorite star wars game would probably be...eh...okay...I got it- The BattleFront series.

I´m no Star Wars fan. Sorry. But i´ve seen the first 3 movies and i´ve played SWKOTOR 1 and 2 and SW Republic Commando. SWKOTOR is very good. I bought it 2004. I´ve heard and read so good things about it and i MUST buy it. That was my first SW game and the best LA-Game after the adventures!

 

Oh btw i play SW Republic Commando now.
