THE MANDALORE Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Out of all Star Wars movies, which cast/crew member would you rate the best or the worst? As for me: The best Cast members were: Liam Neeson (Qui-Gon Jinn), Samuel L. Jackson (Mace Windu), Christopher Lee (Count Dooku), Ewan Mcgregor (Obi - Wan Kenobi), because they were the only ones who knew how to act. The best Crew members were: John Williams (Music Score) George Lucas (Director) because of their expirence. John Williams has the unique ability to create a piece of music that fits with the movie (I.E. - Harry Potter movies, and Jurrassic Park both contained very well written scores). Harrison Ford ~ Han Solo James Earl Jones ~ Voice of Darth Vader Worst Jake Lloyd ~ Anakin "Are you an Angel?" Skywalker Crew John William - I love the musical scores. General Kenobi Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 Favorite actors listed by their character: Yoda Frank Oz Darth Tyrannus Christopher Lee Darth Sidious (Episode III only) Yoda-- Frank did a wonderful job with Yoda in the earlier movies but in Episode I, II, III are wonderful. The best being in episode III for action/acting and the like. Darth Tyrannus-- because of Christopher Lee's accent and acting capabilities. He plays the role of a dark lord well. Although the dude that played Gandalf is a much better actor (Ian McGullum or something like that I think). Darth Sidious-- Just wait you'll see He'll be your fav. too On that subject (Darth Sidious), does anyone know if the actor that plays the emperor now is the same actor that played him in ROTJ? Anyway: Qui-Gon (Just after reading this thread I realised that Qui-Gon was played by Liam Neeson, one of my favourit actors:D ) Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan Mcgregor sure knows how to act:D ) Mace Windu (same thing for him) Count Dooku (Christofer Lee, where do they get those actors?) Emperor Palpatine (Coldness of his words frigthen me) MOST OF ALL: Darth Vader (He plants fear with his darkness in all who oppose him) Darth Sidious (I started to fear him on the first mention of his name) Those were the bad guys (part were some of the best ones), now the good guys: C-3PO (He is so neurotic ) R2-D2 (funny) Chewbacca (furry action man) MOST OF ALL: Han Solo (What a super man and a genius) Lando Callrisian (What a charmer for women) Leia Organa (she knocked me of my feet with that bikini) and FINNALY: LUKE SKYWALKER (Hero and Idol of millions) Those were the characters, now the crew. Is there anyway to check how many threads you started? However, I have to agree with you on Liam Neeson, Ewan Mcgregor, Sam Jackson, and Christopher Lee being great actors. I agree, if I were going to be like one of the Jedi Masters, Qui-Gon is it... he does what he feels is right... he cheats at dice... and he doesn't remove himself from the Galaxy at large like the other Jedi did...
