T-21 Posted April 26, 2005 Share Posted April 26, 2005 I'll be happy with all the ones they've mentioned in the previews so far x-wing ,y-wing ,a-wing ,tie fighter ,tie bomber, tie interceptor, jedi fighter, arc 70 , vulture droid fighter and even though they didn't mention it , in the video there is a v-wing in a ships hanger. I kinda want to be a shuttle pilot for one of the transports myself. BeBop Posted April 27, 2005 Share Posted April 27, 2005 Supposedly, the X-wing went through a few different prototypes, the way I heard it, it was ARC-170 to Z-95 to T-65 X-wing (There was something after that right? Tie...something (Hunter?). As to the V-wing, I still don't understand why they totally revamped the design from the original Rouge Squadron. But from the description of it's design, it sure looks like the precursor to the Tie. Back on topic, I like the Arc 170 alot, It better have 3 positions though. But I would really like to see the B-wing in the game. Though I don't know how it would take off. When I voted for the ARC 170 I was talking about the pre-tie fighter thing that anakin is supposedly flys in ep. 3. I meant to vote for this... Nothing other them saying transports as a general term , no specific named ones.But as someone said earlier , gunships don't fly in space ,a space based one it needed.
