What do you think that the best saber fighting style is, from KotOR II?

Form I (1+ attack, 3+ defense, -3 defense against current target)

Form II (3+ attack versus saber wielders, 3+ damage, -5 blaster bold deflection, 2+ force power save)

Form III (2+ defence against current target, +4 blaster bolt deflection, -1 threat range)

Form IV (-2 defence, 5+ defence versus current target, -1 blaster bold deflection, 1+ threat range)

Form V (2+ attack, -5 defence versus current target, 2+ blaster bolt deflection, 1+ critical multiplier)

Form VI (1+ attack, 1+ defence, 1+ blaster bolt deflection, 1+ force powers saves)

Form VII (-4 defence, 2+ defence versus current target, -4 force power saves, 1 extra attack per round, 4+ critical hit attack bonus.

I use my own style-Form VIII

2+ defence, 4+ attack versus saber wielders, 3+ blaster bolt deflection, -2 threat range, -1 critical multiplier, 2+ damage, and 1 extra attack per round.

Anybody want to fight me? Heheh...

Anyways, if I could pick three fighting styles, not counting form 1, ever jedi learns that, I would pick Form II, Form III, and Form VII.

I guess your only counting the seven forms of combat since there are other forms such as..Sokan, Shien, Niman/Jar'kai, Zero, Dun Moch, and Trakata. (I'm not for sure exactly if saber throw is one, because I find it rather as an attack move, not a form). Well I'd have to go III

All of the forms are pretty good, but I like being able to just stand there and watch my enemys shoot at me and end by dying by their own blaster shots.

To put it short, Form III Soresu

actually, Form III focuses on just simple deflection. Form V, on the other hand, focuses on deflecting the shots back at the attacker. just a heads up. ;)

Umm....why are you fighting with an electric firelighter?

Electric firelighters aren't sticky pokey... :xp:

Those are actually skills from a PnP RPG game called Bar Wars!

Bladed weapons were called "Nasty sticky pokey things"...

Energy Blade weapons were called "Nasty sticky pokey burny things"...

Of course the ranged weapon classes in that game were good too... they were;

Gun...

Big Gun...

Really Big Gun...

Oh My God That's A Big Gun...

Don't Point That At My Planet...

:D

Back on topic: I'd likely train Form II as I simply wouldn't draw my saber for combat unless my opponent had one.

I already mentioned Shien and Niman- they are Forms VI and something else. But as for the others, I guess I don't know what you are talking about. And yes, I am only counting the seven formsof combat, and I don't consider saber throw a style (?).

I like Form IV, because it adds to defence vs. 1 opponent and to crit. range - almost perfect for boss encounters. Also I like the idea of dodging enemy hits using acrobatics (Yoda,Qui-Gon,Obi-Wan (Ep1)). Besides, I got Ataru in the lightsaber form test :)
