Seifert didn't believe this would have any effect, and could only think of one thing. "Eyes closed!" he ordered, unhooking a flashbang grenade from his belt and tossing it on the ground. He quickly turned everyone away, looking away himself, waiting for it to go off. After the effect, him and Enfield turned back around, weapons drawn and poised.

((Lyla, as I'm sure you know, in RE4, the parasites, or plagas, died from a Flashbang when they were exposed from the body, I don't know if this is intended to be like the RE4 parasites or more like the T-Virus from the previous games, so you can decide the effect that occurs from the flashbang))

((It is intended to be the parasites so it is finished but the ones coming after are the ones that are gonna get tougher, since I'm planning to make somekind of mix between the parasites and the T-virus))

The creature fell dead, it turned into somekind of goo and evaporated.

Dianne stood there unable to move, she was paralized completely holding her gun aiming to where the creature was, but she seemed completely out of herself, powerless over her body.

Enfield and Seifert covered them as they moved back into the elevator. Enfield looked over at them, "Not too gung ho on fixing that machine now are we?" he asked in an amused tone for a minute, before stepping into the elevator with Seifert. He took out his radio and switched it on, speaking into it, "This is Corporal Enfield to UNSIA command, over?" He waited for a response.

The elevator activated and they went inside. When they got up a Coronel was waiting for them.

- "Follow me, no questions asked until we are in private" - The coronel said and he escorted them into a room.

Three men entered the room with machine guns and aimed at them.

- "You cannot tell anyone what you saw down there, if this gets out Um...Cryonix is finished...you signed a confidentiality contract when you got here, any word of this and your lives will be over" - The coronel said - "You weren't supposed to live through it after all."

- "It is best, that you remain ignorant of this matters Doctor William Jennings has instructed that you are to remain confined to the cells in the UNSIA department until his lawyers speak with you" - The coronel said.

Dianne was starting to gain back control of herself and managed to ask a question.

- "So...what...you try to kill us...and you think we are just gonna give up to you?" - Dianne said.

- "You have no choice other you follow quietly or you don't live this room" - the coronel said.

Enfield looked around the room at the men. There were probably eight or more of them armed, and Seifert and he could easily take them given their scores, but with a glance over at him, he could see from his look it'd be best to play along for now. Enfield looked over at the Coronel, "I definitely think we should have the right to know what the hell that was and what exactly is going on if we're going to keep silent about it. Given our current situation I don't think we're in position to demand anything, but you at least owe us that for going along with your little game and managing to survive."

- "even if there were more Doctor Owen, who's gonna take care of them...you? No, not even Enfield here can defeat our "other" proyects so easily...No, there are no more of them...at least not down there anyway. But I guess I can give away what that is... Cryonix developed a long time ago, when the company was under a different name, a parasite, a plague so to speak that totally consumed a village in Spain, we rescued a sample of that parasite and grew them here, we wanted to test the effectiveness of the parasite alone but you destroyed it too easily... thanks to you now we can test other proyects that will surely be more efficient" - The coronel asnwered.

- "Biologically advanced organisms, Doctor Owen, but I have spoken about this to you enough, Lieutenant Wolf, take them to the cell, put them all together, and take their weapons" - The coronel said. Several more men came inside, at least eight more and took their weapons, they escorted them to the cell and threw them there.

Dianne went to a corner and pressed herself to the wal and sat down on the floor looking down with her hands on her face.

((Didn't see your post, editing mine))

Enfield looked over at the scientists, "Well that explains the lack of funding in your departments now doesn't it?" he said, then sighed, looking around, "I'm with Owen on this one though; they brought us to a space station full of killing machines?! I thought it was kind of conspicuous they requested the most elite soldiers to guard this place."

Seifert decided to end his silence and agree, "Yeah, no kiddin', it was either to kill us all off so there wasn't a potent fighting force back on Earth, or so they could have some sick amusement while we tried to survive and escape. There's no conflict with Russia is there? It's all a cover story for Cyronix isn't it?"

Enfield thought about the information the Coronel had talked about, then looked up. "No...he can't be talking about Umbrella can he?"

Seifert shrugged, "Sounds like it. Nothing we can do while we're stuck up in here though,." He said.

Enfield sighed, then noticed Dianne. He sighed and walked over next to her. "None of this is anyone's fault, I do hope you're not taking the blame for yourself. I'm sure we can get out of this."

"No, what is it?" Enfield asked, seemingly concerned for her well being, "You can tell us, as far as we're concerned, we're all in this together by this point."

Seifert examined the walls of the cell, seemingly interested by their construction and design.

Enfield sighed, "It won't be long until they're ready, and decide to unleash those things about the station." He looked at the scientists, "Out of curiosity, is there anything produced in Biotechnology or Cybernetics that would by any chance help safely enhance any of our potential abilities? I don't know, like a sensory enhancement or something, anything that may be ready to go?"

Seifert turned, "Why you askin'? Not like we're gettin' outta here," he said.

Enfield replied, "If we do, it could be in our best interest to take advantage of them."

Seifert laughed, "Just like in all the wars of Earth, and even in movies. When the military grunts can't figure it out, consult the scientists."

Enfield growled, he was losing some patience, "Hey, any asset is a valuable one by this point, wouldn't you say?" He turned back to the scientists, waiting for an answer.

"I'm just ticked they took my knife!" Grace muttered. She kicked at the nearest wall and then sat down with her back to it. "Killing machines... damn. Why didn't I just stay in college? Or at least find something else to do!"

She fell into a thoughtful silence.

Seifert looked at Grace, "I'll get it back for ya when we get out of here, if that makes you feel any better," he offered, but in an oddly mischievious tone.

Enfield sighed and looked at Seifert, "What exactly are you doing examining the structure of that door, Tony?"

Tony Seifert shrugged, "Nothing..." he said vaguely. James merely sighed and looked back at the other scientists.
