TheCrown Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 okay heres the story, have had 4 servers in the past through companies to rent from but not one where i had to install my own mod. This time i do, but i cant get it to load mod (dcmod for jedi knight 2) i have the server.cfg setup in the base folder and the server.cfg file has "Mod Execution: dcmod.cfg etc but it just wont load the Mod because its not in base folder. Any ideas how to get the server.cfg to execute the dcmod.cfg in another folder? or am going to have to put everything in base but then binds are messed up. thanks any info appreciated been up a while messing with it :/. acdcfanbill Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 well i dunno what the C:\******\dcmod.cfg would do on a dedicated server, because who knows the path name. what i would do is add the local path in front of the dcmod.cfg, because you said that the mod wasnt in the base folder. so just like \dcmod\dcmod.cfg or w/e. im no server expert tho Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
