Darth NeoVenom Posted March 1, 2006 Author Share Posted March 1, 2006 The vampire dropped her voice to a whisper and continued speaking to Maria, "According to Selene, the person who killed Lucian was Kraven, remember him? He was the head of the house at some point in time. For a while, we all thought Lucian was dead, well the vampires. But then some of us found out that in that great war we had with the Lycans, Kraven did burn down Lucian's castle but never actually killed Lucian. Once Kraven was awarded for supposely "killing" Lucian, he wanted more. He wanted to be head of all the vampires and by doing that...he had the aid of Lucian, the one person he was suppose to kill. Also, the Lycans were the one that found out about Michael, the half-Vampire and half-Lycan. So if Kraven and Lycans attacked us, we would have probably lost because everyone knows nothing can match up against a half-Vampire and half-Lycan. Anyways, Kraven had some cruel intentions but because of him, we know the true history of our kind and some very dark actions of Viktor...how we treated Lycans like slaves, how Viktor killed his own daughter because she was having Lucian's baby, how the "blending of the species" was against the Coven, how Viktor killed Selene's family and said that the Lycans were the ones that did it. Once Selene spoke of it to Viktor, Viktor just confirmed what Kraven said and he had no remorse over his actions. Anyways, once everyone found out about what Kraven did, he left the mansion for good. I believe he and Lucian had a conflict and that resulted in the death of Lucian. We don't know where exactly Kraven is but the Lycans want him dead...to avenge Lucian. This place is like a club slash hotel to many." Kat said in reply. Meanwhile, about a mile and a half away from the mansion, Abry and Zaris continue to walk. "Where exactly are we going?" asked Zaris. "As far away as possible from the mansion." Off the distance, they can some what make out the city but it is miles away from where they are at. Meanwhile, Kat continued to speak to Maria, "Yeah this place is rather cozy if you don't mind the loud music." She noticed that Sabrina looked at her way and waved at her. Sabrina waved back at Kat and approached the table where Kat and Maria were sitting at. "Hello Kat. What brings you here today?" "Just here hanging out." Kat replied with a smile. "Are you still considering in training?" asked Sabrina as she looked at Kat. Kat paused for a second and then replied, "I did took it to consideration and I have come up with an answer. I'll do it!" Kat had a broad smile on her face. "Oh where are my manners. Sabrina, this is Maria. Maria...Sabrina." "Nice to meet another Vampire that believes in this truce." said Sabrina. "Oh you'll be seeing a lot of me." Tyberius said and winked as eh took the beer infront of him and guzzled it down. "I remember having some of the stuff when it first came out, it was stronger then." If the others hunt us down which is definately going to happen I'd rather draw first blood...you know me Sabrina...by the way I'm Lorelei" - Lorelei said introducing herself to Maria. To 'draw first blood' would be to abandon that... at least a little." Sighing, slightly, she continued. "I mean, I know you want to get all aggressive against those who don't believe in the truce, but don't you think they are pushy enough for all of us?" Sighing again, she finished, "I know there will be a time when we must fight... but I feel that we ought to choose the battleground... then let our enemies make the first move." They attacked first, if you are going to wait for them to get a knive to your throat then by all means go ahead...'cause I won't" - Lorelei said, she was quick to talking but she knew taking them all on was impossible even with Sabrina by her side - "But perhaps there is truth in what you say, it would be nice to have the uper hand...for once at least". Last thing she wanted was a huge war like the one that occured centeries ago between the Vampires and Lycans. "Well we must get going..." said Sabrina. She nodded at Maria, "Pleasure meeting you Maria." Sabrina then looked at Kat, "If you want to start your training Kat, you can come with us now." With that said, Sabrina walked over to the bar where NeoVenom and the others were at. Kat looked at Maria, "Would you happen to be interested in training too? In my opinion, it's always good to be prepared for thing than to not be prepared at all. Think about it as if you're taking Karate. If so I can tell Sabrina right now." After Kat spoke, she smiled. Darth NeoVenom Posted June 15, 2006 Author Share Posted June 15, 2006 NeoVenom turned his head to look at the doorway. "Luckily those Vampires are ex-Death Dealers." replied NeoVenom. "But they are very careless in taking the front door to enter this building." Sabrina pushed her way to the front door. "What the hell you are doing!?" exclaimed Sabrina to the group of ex-Death Dealers. "What?" said one of the Vampires. Sabrina shook her head, "You should know better than to take the front entrance! You can be followed!" Moments later, a couple of gun shots can be heard outside. The band stopped playing abruptly and the people inside the bar became quiet. Once again, another burst of shots could be heard outside. Almost everyone in the club started to panic at the sound of the gun shots. Soon after, the bodyguards that were in the front of the club came inside. "We got trouble..." People tried to leave thru the front of the club but the bodyguards directed them to the back exit. One of the bodyguards spoke to Sabrina over the screaming as people scurried towards the back exit as shots continued to be fired outside, "We didn't know that they were being followed so we let them through. Anyways, it seems like some of our allies are in crossfire with the opposing Vampires. Sabrina looked angrily at the ex-Death Dealers, "I'm going to have a word with Jeanette to ban you six from entering this club ever again!" She unholstered her guns and clicked in her ultraviolet magazines. NeoVenom got up from his stool and unholstered his Desert Eagle. "Seems like we are in a bit of trouble boys." he said to Kryn and Tyberius. Sabrina took the back exit of the club and NeoVenom followed her. Kat remained seated because for her, being in the club was safer than being outside. Almost everyone in the club left besides a selected few Vampires and Lycans who were defending the club. Jeanette came running down the stairs. "What's happening!?" she asked franticly as she looked around the club. The small office had a window overlooking the street, it was a small window and saw three vampires taking cover behind a couple of parked cars. - "Sh*t!" - Lorelei said and hurried back down and started to look for Sabrina, once she found her she approached her. - "Should I get on the roof and provide cover?" - Lorelei asked.
