Darth NeoVenom

The sewers were just a murky as before. The smell did not lighten up nor did the lighting on the place. Then again, sewers were not used for everyday walking. NeoVenom glanced back, making sure everyone was still with him. "Should be a hour and a half hike from here." he said out loud. He did not hestitated for a reply and kept on walking, Jeanette closing following his lead.

"That's what I like about NeoVenom, always does things fast and smooth." said Sabrina to Lorelei and Kryn.

After what seemed like hours of walking thru various routes and tunnels, the group found themselves a couple of feet away from the new Lycan Base. The front doors were heavily secured, just in case anyone from the opposing side found their way here. The walls adjacent to it were pure tunnel wall with no windows. The doors itself had their natural steel colors to it. As the group proceeded forward, various Lycans and Vampires saluted NeoVenom. "And this is the new Lycan base!" said NeoVenom to the group. The group stopped in front of the double doors and waited for about five minutes before the doors began to open. NeoVenom went in first and then the group followed.

Inside the base, the group can see that the inside of the base did not look anything like the outside of the base. Inside, the base looked like what they can usually see inside an office building. "Alright, security will escort all of you to the rooms you all are going to stay in. Tomorrow morning, we will met at a room about five doors away, north." He took a quick glance at his watch and smirked, "Its about time we had some rest."

Lorelei nodded to Neovenom and a security guard grabbed her arm and she let go quickly.

- "Sorry, don't like being touched" - Lorelei said and followed the security guard to her room and went in. She then sat on the bed an unholstered both her guns and took off her ammo belt.

(Out of Character: Sorry for the dely in replying. Being that I'm attending college, it may take me a while to reply. Thanks for understanding and staying in the RPG! :D )

Sabrina went to one of the rooms she was escorted to. A lot of things went through her mind while she took a seat on top of the bed. Success of the mission and the success of peace between Lycans and Vampires were the two things that she thought about the most. Brushing these thoughts off, Sabrina took off her trench coat and laid it on top of a chair. She then unholstered her guns and set them on the table. At least in this place, she knows she can set down her guns. Opening the door of the room, Sabrina walked out towards the kitchen.

Jeanette and NeoVenom went their seperate ways in the Lycan base, even though Jeanette tried to stay as close as possible to NeoVenom. NeoVenom patrolled the base to see how everything was running while Jeanette slept comfortably in one of the nicest room at the base.

Maria was escorted to a room, but she did not sleep immediately. She pulled her book out of her coat and examined it with a frustrated moan.

"Would be the thing I want the most now is ruined," she grumbled aloud. Getting up, she crossed the room to a small table and spread the book open as best she could to let it air out. Slowly, she withdrew her weapons and placed all but one little knife next to the book. Satisfied, she went over to the bed and sat down, her back in a corner and began to sing softly.

As she sang, she began to play with a thin band of gold around her left index finger. Thoughtfully, she removed the ring and continued to play with it. Slowly, her mind began to wander and her singing changed, becoming a little more dramatic and a little louder. The tune changed, now sounding almost sad and a little anger came into the mix.

Soon, she was singing loudly enough to be heard in the corridor outside her room. But if anyone were to look at her face, it would seem as if she didn't realize she was even singing. Her eyes were focused on the ring and it seemed as if nothing else could capture her attention.

Lorelei finished cleaning the chamber of her guns and put them back together. The knife she carried on her right foot stayed there for she knew you could never be too careful. She then took one of the guns and placed it neatly on the bedside table and the other she put under her pillow.

She was ready to go to sleep even though she almost never did but then a most curious sound reached her ears. Someone outside was singing and quite loudly now. She stood up and walked through the corridor to see who was doing that and reached Maria's room and she opened the door after knocking twice.

- "What's that you're singing if you don't mind me asking Maria?" - Lorelei asked.

Startled by Lorelei's voice, Maria stopped singing.

"Oh..." she stammered. "I... it's just..." Sighing, she shook her head. "Just a song I heard somewhere a while back..."

Then, she frowned and put the gold ring back on her left index finger. "A song of love, of passion, of growing relationships... and then, of a broken heart, of anger, and sadness." She smiled slightly. "I sing it when I forget where I am and what I'm doing... it just comes out uninvited."

- "I know the feeling" - Lorelei said as she looked around the room and grinned slightly. Maria's room looked a lot like hers except she didn't have a leak on the roof. She then turned her attention to the ring in her hand. She was not used to wearing jewelry herself because of the whole death dealer business but she found it very nice.

- "Beautiful ring. Family jewelry or did you get it from someone? I'm not implying that you stole it or anything, just asking if it was a present" - Lorelei said and sighed - "Sorry I'm just looking for conversation since the past few hours have been so hectic I thought I needed to talk".

Maria stared at the ring for a long moment in silence. Then, she sighed. "Someone gave this to me... a very long time ago... and I haven't seen him since."

Then she looked up at Lorelei. "Don't worry about feeling the need to speak to somebody." Smiling slightly, she added, "I know the feeling."

While Lorelei, Maria, and Tyberius were conversating away, Sabrina reached the kitchen. She greeted a couple of people as she walked over to a kitchen counter. A couple of chefs were busy preparing food, most likely for the people who were already sitting down on tables found around the kitchen. Sabrina looked at the food and wished that could satisfy her hunger. She let out a low sigh as a chef approached her. "How you doing miss?" said the Chef. "Pretty good, can I have a cup of...", as much as she didn't want to say it, she had to, "...blood." The chef smiled and nodded his head. She looked to her right and noticed some other Vampires drinking from cups conversating away with Lycans having full plates of food. The chef came back and placed the cup in front of Sabrina. "Enjoy, oh and don't worry. This blood is from people who volunteer to donate it." Sabrina smiled, "Thankfully we have generous people." She picked up the cup with her right hand, "Thank you." The Vampire side of Sabrina gave her such a hunger that she drank the cup instantly. The chef came around and asked her if she wanted another cup. Sabrina nodded and the chef brought her another cup of blood. Sabrina drank the cup fast and set it back on the counter. That should satisfy her hunger, she thought to herself. In the future, she hopes that someone could come up with something that can replace blood and just be a satisfying to Vampire.

Sabrina got up from the counter seat and headed to a comfy chair that was near a wall. Once she sat down, she observed the room. The kitchen was kept very clean. The counters, stoves, cabinets, tables, and refrigerators were made of some sort of metal that shined. The floor was covered in white and black tiles, kind of like a chess board and at the ceiling there were many florescent lights. The place was extremely nice for a kitchen.

- "I will trouble you no more" - Lorelei said as she turned to leave the room and walked by Tyberius leaving them alone as she made her way to the kitchen and ordered a cup of blood. She did not stutter when she asked for it but did look at the chef.

- "And keep them coming" - Lorelei said as she sat on a table in the corner of the kitchen.

Kryn unholstered his Eagles and set them on the dresser in his room. He took out the smaller Glock that was on the back of him in his pants, ((don't laugh)) and slid it under the pillow, fluffing it up to make it look like it hadn't been tampered with. He knew he would not need it, but it never hurt to be careful. He took out the dagger in his sleve and threw it without looking at the wall. It lodged in the wall and Kryn gave a nod at it. He walked out and into the kitchen, which was just down the hall.

"Sup, man?" Kryn said to the chef, laying a hand down on the counter. "Can I have a 1/2 lbs. burger please? Everything on it; medium well."

"Sure." The chef said, a huge grin appearing on his face. "Be ready in 10 minutes."

"All right! Thanks man." Kryn leaned over the counter and patted the chef's shoulder.

He walked over to the opposing chair in front of Sabrina and fell into it.

"So, what's up?" Kryn said, trying to start a converstion.

(I am not exactly sure though Michael was a mix of both he could not digest normal food. But I do not know if that works on Lycans as well as they all seem to feed on humans and blood)

Lorelei grinned at Kryn's words and chuckled.

- "You must be a newly turned huh? Only new people are disgusted at our feeding habits. With time you simply find it normal" - Lorelei said - "Even if...well it's not that...normal".
