I tried to reply to your PM a bunch of times yesterday and this morning, but it crashed my browser every time. To answer your question, VectorWorks is for both Mac and PC. I'm not sure about the pricing. Academic is probably the best you can get, but you'd have to call the sales department and discuss it with them to be sure.

Ahh... OK!

Thank you for the effort. :)

Yeah, I wasn't sure if buying, say 4 individual copies at the Academic price was going to be better or worse than a 4-person multi-seat licence.

We are part of the college, but we probably won't be using the software in an Academic setting, though... I'm not sure if that matters.

Anyway, I guess I'll get on the phone to sales.

This only got dropped on my head because at the meeting I mumbled: "Vectorworks? Heh! Cool... I know a guy that does some programming for them..."
