It's from Gamespot.

 

If you ever get the chance to review a game for yourself on Gamespot, you will notice the "Reviewer's Tilt," which acts as a 'bias' so you may make the score on the game higher. If the number for the Tilt is similar to the overall Average, then the Average including the tilt will not significantly rise, such is the case here.

Value is replayability and your money's worth (how much gameplay for what you spent).

 

Tilt is the the reviewer's subjective personal bias toward that game's genre and material.

 

IE for Tilt: A person loves FPS shooters but hates Strategy games. He is probably going to review Halflife 2 with flying colors, but give 'Dawn of War' a more bad score.
