popcorn2008 Posted February 28, 2006 Share Posted February 28, 2006 Galatic Conquest features the galatic map, so instead of building while you are fighting you build on a galatic view. G.C. also allows you to have more than one fight over many planets, and you can retreat. While in skirmish mode you are restricting to one battle, galatic conquest can be fought on many planets and lasts over a span of many battles.
