If you're very young or a non-native english speaker I sympathize, but please try to be more clear. You can host a server without paying, just do it off your home computer or another computer you have handy with a fast connection. Just keep in mind a server you rent will be a lot faster, since they have high quality hardware, software and fast lines. There are some affordable ones out there, if you look.
