No idea when it is being released, but you can play it right now if you like, although it's not done, all you can do is walk around really. They don't use any of SOE's server side files, they recreate them all themselves, which isn't hard if you can scan the original product, or in the case of the CU one, have older scans of the orginal product. The people who make them don't get sued for copying Lucas or borrowing that actor who said the line "TK421, why aren't you at your post?" or using William's music in public because noone's making any money out of it.
