Problem with loadings Czerka Excavation Site in TSL

So, I'm on Telos on the surface and right after the minefield and two gun turrets there is a transition to the Czerka Excavation Site. So, I try to enter the area and it gets about 2/3 of the way loaded and then it crashes. The first time this happened I just tired again, same problem. Then I reloaded an earlier save, tried again, same problem, etc. Then I went back to the auto save, which had saved while still on the Telos citadel right before I got on the shuttle to go to the surface. So, I started from there and it still crashes in the same place.

 

So, does anyone know any way to fix this? or am I actually completely stuck with my only option being starting a new game?

In my very limited experience, it sounds like it might be a mod conflict. The only way to find out is to disable mods one by one, trying to load between each. If it works, the last mod unloaded was to blame.

Sorry to resurrect a kind of old thread, but I have also encountered this problem. I tried LucasArt's Yoda Help Desk, which recommended reinstalling to a different folder and reloading an earlier save, but I still encountered this problem. It cannot be a mod problem beacuse I have a clean installation.

 

I wonder if there's a way to just skip the level...
