Dennys Festa - Over again (Extended version)

I love electronic. Call me weird, but I love it.

Especially Daft Punk. Weird songs.

It's not weird, it's leet. As DJ I must do my best to spread the electronic culture around. ^^

Mainly that. I'm also listening to Toby "Tobuscus" Turner's literal trailers (playlist).

My favorite album of the late '90's/early 2000's, stolen out of my car seat maybe 7 years ago, has arrived via Amazon so that I can once again play the plastic of the disc.

"Stakes is High" by De La Soul. I am a big fan of the Tribe/Roots/De La east coast vibe, and played it all to deaf in my younger days. "Stakes" to me is the best of De La... dead serious, straight talk, all business. And good.

My favorite song of the moment is Bye, Bye Beautiful by Nightwish. It's a song about their old lead singer. They supposedly kicked her out because she was becoming too greedy. I really don't know. Anyway, I think it's a great song!

Here is the video:

Nightwish is a band from Finland. In general, I'm a pretty big fan of Scandinavian bands. :)

It's been all Dixie Dregs, alll the time since I learned that keyboardist T. Lavitz died this weekend. :(

He was a monster, probably my favorite keys player of all time, and one of the easiest people I ever had to work with professionally.
