Perception of replication, adding autentication of original conception.

Hoods, holsters, packs and more realistically displayed appearance in general.

Point desired, to really feel like you're there' learning in the context which inspired your perception of greater being.

Unnatural? Might as well bring down theatrics, expression and human emotion while you're at it.

Which you will be as that is what the left side of the brain does; criticize.

Whereas the right side of the brain converges and expresses.

My Idea according to most "correct" consideration.

Clothing:

Shirt

Sash

Overthrow

Pants

Robes: Jedi

Padawan robe

Apprentice robe

Jedi Robe

Jedi Knight robe

Jedi Master robe

Robes: Dark Jedi

Dark apprentice robe

Sith robe

Sith master robe

The sith are of the distinction of either freelance or accorded with an "Associate" or a slew of them.

Rank dictates apprentice title is for one or more students under direct plot with a master(sith master robe)

Freelancers or distinguished agents wear(sith robes).

And forget not the;

Baran Do: Novice, Apprentice, Disciple, Sage

Norris

Matukai Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Master

Ossuss Novice, Apprentice, Healer, Keeper

Jal shey Novice, apprentice, Warrior, Master

Zeison sha Novice, apprentice, Guardian, Master

They count to... Not to mention meeting some actively in their respective roles would be great lore material for the game. If applicable ofcourse. I'd like to see some life there.

I'd like to see some unique clothing. Unique Jedi and Sith robes.

For example, Bastila's normal clothes (that looked like Jedi robes). Those were great.

Or Revan's black robe.

Important characters should have unique clothing.

That may be to steriotypically sensitive to focus on at a conceptual level.

First allow the main focus of apparel diversity to emerge then assign definition for best results.

Who cares? The devs will naturally improve all these gameplay features and the like anyway, so there’s nothing to worry about, and say if there isn’t hooded robes in KotOR III, so what? Big fooken deal! I’d take a strong, intriguing plot and characters over enhanced gameplay and extra features any day.

Of course you would, but the thread isn't asking whether we'd prefer plot to robes. It's asking which robes we'd prefer.

There's no reason why we can't have both, a good story and decent apparel.

TSL robes optional hood up or down based on how you feel today... also that you can put away the hardware in your hands... even Han Solo liked ramming his blaster into his holster once in a while....
True. The KOTOR robes looked ok on female characters, but my male hero looked like a carrot in any Jedi robe...

...anything but that StarForge dress.

Would absolutely love to have some hooded options.

(perhaps even have some kind of stealth bonus with the hoods up)

I would just like to see the robes behave better in motion.

I don't recall Qui-gon's or Obi's robes clinnging to thier legs when they ran.

the Revan Star Forge robes needed a hood and the Light Side Star Forge robes looked like something Princess Leia would wear...

More realistic movement of clothing would be there anyway, I hope, as the technology to code it gets better... like the change from KOTOR I to TSL.
