nenra Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 We have just created a city, but the information on how many people are needed per level, and what can be placed each level (etc.) is hard to come by, or depending on the source is out of date. I know for the outpost we needed 5 people within 24 hours, and we have planted a few gardens and mission terminals. Does anybody have a complete, and accurate/current breakdown of the city system?
