To have the bots all work together vs you just use g_gametype 6 or g_gametype 8, restart the map and proceed to manually switch all the bots to the other team using the /forceteam command (example "(rcon) forceteam (clientnumber) (team red or blue)"). To make sure they stay on their own team use the g_teamforcebalance cvar and set it to 0. I still recommend playing on the real shizznit though.
