Won't start up!!!!!

I have seen all these posts about all these people not working...I use SecuROM and did everything i was told to do. I downloaded the 1.5 patch and my game won't start up...I followed Xxkarate's advice about the windows update...I reinstalled and updated ans the same thing happenend...WhAT DO I DO??? :confused:

If you can provide a dxdiag that would be great

 

Steps to identify your video card and driver version:

Click on the Start button and select Run.

Type in dxdiag and click OK.

After the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads click on the Display tab.

Your video card Name and Manufacturer will be listed in the Device section.

The version of the driver you have installed should be listed under the Driver box next to the word Version.

Visit our Manufacturer Links page to visit the manufacturer page and obtain updated drivers for your specific video card.

Ummmm...IDK what all this means...I don't think its my drives etc. but the patch itslef or something with compatibilty with windows and the patch? help... :confused:

Your graphic card drivers could do with updating Visit http://www.ati.com and follow the steps to download the drivers for your computer
