I don't know how, necessarily, but I was looking around on the Republic Commando Editor (I think it's called Unreal Editor or something) and found plain white clone armor. Not the kind you get when you type, "togglebehindview" on singleplayer, but the kind on this picture: So it must be possible if it's encoded on the game. Delta Squad were once all normal clones, looking for glory and all that ****. But when they were promoted to Elite Commandos.
