Quanon Posted April 25, 2008 Share Posted April 25, 2008 Pfiiuuw, after UVW-mapping, slapping a quick texture together and endlessly tweaking the Y-position of the mask, its in the game Some pictures to show the goods. The Vizor gives off light , pretty happy about that thing. Though a couple of notes: - Its a full mask, so the head is totally locked in. - Saddly this means you'll get clipping, with certain character heads, the hair will stick out, I think this'll be the worst with the Females... and I made it a thight fit. Else you get this BIG balloon helmet thing... - The texture in the screens is just a quick made example of whats possible. Anyway of to send a PM to 90SK and Princess. 90SK Posted April 26, 2008 Share Posted April 26, 2008 I really like this mask model. It reminds me of the in-game various sith masks (for the assassins and marauders). I'd love to see this on a sith... like, you know how the assassins wear the red sort of gas-mask kinda things? And the marauders wear the gray metal masks? Maybe the sith lords could wear this mask, because it seriously looks like it'd be in the same continuity. I dunno, just and idea. Here's another skin that's less styled after the armor I did. Though I'll skip the redoing a skin, seeing that 90SK is on it and doing a superb job at it. To hard compition this is I can't wait to see this in my game aswell.
