Have you tried using the seduce expression on her? Bear in mind she must be completely happy with you for it to work. If you play as a girl, the quest is slightly different. You have to get the man the female ghost dumped to want to marry you, and he is also called Alex. If you choose not to dump him, you can marry him, but if you dump him he goes off and commits suicide. Would a condom still work if the character is in a lesbian relationship? Its always "unprotected". As to if you can catch an STD I'm still not sure. I bed hopped around Westcliff like I'd swallowed a truckload of Viagra and tired all the womenfolk out as my Heroine to no avail, so it doesn't look like it so far.
