have a map - branch

Hi Guys, quick question. Some of you have worked with libcurl in getting the client to look for the map and download it from another resource. I'm trying to get this functionality working also, the problem is I've been looking for the part in the code that branches based on if the client has the map or not. I did a search through the code for the error message that pops up if you don't have the map and for the cvar sv_autodownload and both have yielded nothing atm. Thanks!
