The problem is that KotorTool needs .NET to work and that can (will ) cause problems on Linux. @Pikmin did you try to install .NET through WINE and then run KotorTool, or maybe install it on Windows (if you have) and then run on WINE on your Linux... I don't have any more ideas (these was just wild gueses - I never tryed to use KotorTool on Linux, I'm just happy to play KotOR and TSL with WINE).
