It seems like all I've done the last few days is injure myself (blisters and stubbed toes on my feet, smacking the hell out of my knee...) That might be why I'm having trouble sleeping. Seems to me that wasn't what I pictured when I first got involved in music. Just about the worst thing that could happen to them in music is to end up somewhere where that is their life. My department manager said that yesterday while I wasn't working, my ex stopped into walmart looking for me, and she wanted my address. I asked if she comes and bothers me while I'm working if I could get security to escort her off the premises, I was told they can't do that. I'm thinking she's trying to take me to court or something over that little money she GAVE me. Now, she wrote out a check to me, and yes, I cashed it, and no I didn't pay it back, I never had the intention to when she gave it to me to begin with, and she never said or had me write anything stating that I would pay it back. What should I do at this point? A. Pay her off B. Write a 'I'm gonna tell your evil ex-husband where you live if you EVER bother me AGAIN' letter' C. Get a restraining order D. Ignore her, and pretend not to know who she is or what she is talking about if she bothers me face-to-face E. Send $600 Monopoly Money to her P.O. edlib Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 Buy her off... with the stipulation that THIS IS IT!!!! No more contact from this point on. Sounds to me that it will be worth the cost. Spent the day installing our new wireless mic systems... and tweaking the existing ones. We now have 20 channels of wireless mics... but there's no guarantee that half of those will be working in a month. After the switch to digital television, all the old analog TV frequencies are set to be bought up by datatel providers... meaning any old RF mic system could be blasted out of the spectrum by overpowering cell phone companies. It's OK... kinda like a slightly more realistic Ace Combat... though not by much. It will be fun with Co-Op, though... which I missed in A.C. Morally speaking in two months when you have the money, write a check and mail it to her. Hell I would even consider using certified mail so you have a record of the check and her receiving it. Just to clear it from my conscience before shipping to basic. I just beat Army of TWO. It was fun! Then I played Bad Company with 2 of my friends for a couple hours. That was crazy, haven't played the gold rush mode in a while. ALOT of cool sequels coming out this year! Everything is too tactical or too filled with crap or belongs on the PC. Isn't there anything like Timesplitters 2? That game was an awesome console shooter.
