Samuel Dravis Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 I watched a couple of movies recently: * Sexy Beast - It was a fun movie, plus it has Ben Kingsley in it. Ben Kingsley! That guy was awesome, I've liked him ever since I saw The House of Sand and Fog. The Australian lead actor is also very good. I wasn't expecting anything great out of it, but it sure did deliver. * Slaughterhouse-Five - I've never read the book (I know, I know, it's not that I didn't want to it's just that I've never gotten around to it; I've read Cat's Cradle and I liked it). I really enjoyed the surreal nature of Billy's experience and the commentary on the Allied war crimes in WW2.
