Then why the f**k would they remove it on the released console versions? I just played the PSP version (very good, by the way) and so far it's the closest experience you'll get to the next-gen versions. Also, as some guy at Gamespot said, the firmware update for the PSP game is 3.71. Isn't that like a little old? Maybe this game was the first to be completed, which would explain why it has the satchel, but it doesn't explain why the Wii/PS2 versions LACKS it.
