finally finished the game and chose the dark side ending where you defeat vader.

i know there is another ending as there usually is with Star Wars games, one for the light side and one for the dark side.

 

now why is it that once u finish the game it loads a checkpoint from the beginning of the game? i wanted to fight the emporer aswell but to be able to u have to play through the game again from that first checkpoint!

i hate checkpoint saves. i hope they implement proper saves in TFU 2 for the PC because checkpoint saves are my number one hate of ports.

Check point saves are usually common among arcade games like that. I believe it's done that way to use less memory.

You only have to replay the final level, not the whole game. There's a level select menu somewhere.
