Serial Urination isn't as frightening to the victims as raping or molesting is, I'll give him that, but its still a perverted act and one that should never happen in society. Especially if there are 4 year old kids around. Wonder how long he'll be in jail though. My guess is 6 months, plus, permanent removal from his home in the neighborhood he messed around in.
