Mandalore's Head?

I do not own K2 and have not played it but I was looking through the mods to see what type of graphics I was missing out on and notice that there is a mod that replaces Mandalore's Helm and tube things with some type of mask - I was wondering if it was a helm and they replaced it with the mask or if they changed the head part of the model - if they changed the model can that same thing be done for K1 with the regular Mandalorian Armor - can the "head" be taken off so that it is more like a heavy battle armor and then you can see the PC's head. This way you can have the cool Mandalorian Armor look and then still have other helms or masks that you can see.

Well I have tried once, but the part of the shoulders to the next seems to be specially done for the helmet because without the helmets it really looks odd and ugly °°'

I was wondering if there is any way to make armor in the first kotor game give you the appearance of Mandalore from the second game.(the armor with the helmet)

The mandalore's model is only on k2, so to have it in K1 you should porte it to K1, and it's illegal, so nobody will do it, so no, it's not possible.

 

Someone could try to make a similar helmet, and reskin an armor, but it woulnd't really look the same.

The heavy battle armor is pretty close, a good reskin of that would probably do just fine.

Not an exact replica of the stuff in K2, but they're pretty decent.

That's exactly the mod I had in mind when I mentioned the armor, actually.
