Help on last level

Hi I'm playing the PC version, and I'm stuck on the last level. I've chased Vader from one disk to another and killed all the clones. After battling Vader for a while and his health line (the green one) goes all the way down, but nothing happens. I have battled Vader for about an hour. The game should go to a cut scene. If I fall or die I start at the last check point which is way back. I even started the level from the beginning, and still the same thing. You guys are my last hope to get past this point. Hope someone can help.
