We will not be a heavy RP guild but we won't stop you from an occasional RP outburst. Age Group: 18+. Mature minors are considered on a case by case basis. Focus: Player Vs. Player Combat (Both world and warzones). Members: We are constantly gaining new members. At the time of this post we have 18 active members/cadets and are averaging 2 new hopefuls a week. Twitter: @TheSithCorps Who are the Sith Corps: The Sith Corps is a hand picked collection of the finest gamers available who exemplify our core values of Honor, Loyalty, Team Work and Selfless Service. Our goal is to develop a tight knit group of players who excel at group-oriented player versus player (PvP) combat. We seek to be the premier PvP guild on our server. Additionlly, we will strive to achieve any and all milestones and goals set before us. We will be conducting PvE raids depending on level of interest and to offer a change of pace. While we are not a hardcore group we plan to achieve hardcore results by optimizing the time spent doing our PvP/PvE Raids. The Leadership Team: The leadership team and veteran members not only posses knowledge and experience in PvP combat across multiple games (We have multiple Gladiators and a Grand Marshal from WoW as well as Guild Wars, Warhammer Online and EVE Online veterans) but have successfully lead previous guilds to tremendous success in their respective games. With an excellent skill set rest assured that the Sith Corps leadership team is ready for any task that may be thrown at it. Rank Structure: The Sith Corps is presently using a modified rank structure borrowing elements from the U.S. Armed forces. New recruits start our in our Cadet program (and will be assigned the rank of Sith Hopeful) where they have a 6 week “trial” period that allows us to evaluate their fit within the Corps and allow them the opportunity to get to know us better. After completion of the cadet phase, Hopefuls are promoted to the rank of Sith Combatant and are allowed to benefit from our various incentives, including access to the guild bank and guarenteed raid spots to name a couple. Members who stand out amongst their peers will be considered for the rank of Sith Veteran which allows them greater privileges and responsibilities within the guild. About you: Can you follow directions? We don't need 20 armies of 1 person and we create strategies for reasons. Can you be an active member? We want to see you participate in our discussions and be on our voice server during events. You don't have to troll but at least let us know you have a heartbeat. Are you interested in playing with members who strive to constantly better themselves and their clan? If you answered yes to the questions above come join us and wreak death and destruction upon the Republic. What we look for: Loyalty – It is extremely important to maintain a high level of loyalty to the guild you are a member of. We understand that real life and other commitments come first, however if you're gaming, and the Sith Corps calls for help, you must remain loyal to the Sith Corps (If we have a raid schedules don’t get locked in a different guild’s raid, etc). Trainable – No one knows everything and every day we learn something new. The Sith Corps members strive to better themselves and as such must be eager to receive feedback from other members; it is amazing what we can achieve when working together. Commitment – The Sith Corps is defined by it’s members and their achievement. In order for us to achieve great things we need our members to show up to events. Come on time and ready to kick some arse. Team Play – SWToR is a MMO and teamwork is at the foundation of the game. The Sith Corps members are required to be engaged with the rest of the guild.
